Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pumpkin puree
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup water, boiling
  • 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
  • 4 ½ cups sugar
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 3 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Spray four loaf pans with cooking spray
  • Pour batter into the pans
  • Cook for 60 minutes
