Polish Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb bulk sausage (i.e. Bob Evans Mild)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb Velveeta
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 loaves rye party bread

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef and sausage
  • Mix in the rest of ingredients until cheese is melted
  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Spread mixture onto approx 70 rye slices
  • Bake for 8 - 10 minutes
